Purpose of Collection. The performance telemetry generated by this benchmark is collected solely and exclusively for non-commercial academic research purposes. All data is used to advance the scientific understanding of post-quantum cryptographic performance characteristics across heterogeneous web environments, in support of academic research and future manuscript submission.
Non-Identifiability Guarantee. This instrument does not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information (PII). Specifically:
Data Minimisation. Only aggregate statistical measures (mean, standard deviation, percentiles) and categorical device-class metadata are retained. Raw per-iteration timing arrays are reduced server-side and are not individually attributable to any natural person or device.
Voluntary Participation. By executing this benchmark, you voluntarily contribute anonymised performance data to an open research dataset. No consent withdrawal mechanism is required because the data, once submitted, is inherently non-identifiable and cannot be linked back to any individual under any reasonable means available to the research team.
Compliance Standards: GDPR Art. 26 Recital 26 (Anonymous Data); IEEE P2830 (Benchmarking Transparency); NIST SP 800-188 (De-identification). Principal Investigator: Samin Yasar · StarryCrypt-PQC Research Project (Preprint Stage).
